Booking Details

Cancellations & Rescheduling: Please notify us of any cancellations or rescheduling requests at least 24 hours before the appointment. A $100 fee applies to changes made within 24 hours (except for poor weather). Any payments made will be credited toward future bookings.

Weather Policy: No rescheduling fee is charged for poor weather, but a re-shoot fee applies if exterior photos need to be retaken. Exterior shoots cannot occur in snowstorms, heavy rain, or lightning.

Media Delivery Times: Photos are delivered within 24 hours after the shoot. Media must be downloaded within 30 days of receipt, as we are not responsible for long-term storage.

Rates/Pricing Disclaimer: All rates are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice Floorplans over 2,500 sq. ft. are charged an additional $0.08/sq. ft. Any additional fees or add-ons will be invoiced at project completion.
